Did you know you can substitute the following:
Eggs = as a binder for each egg use
1/2 medium mashed banana
or 1/4 cup applesauce
Eggs = as a leveling for each egg use
1-1/2 Tablespoon vegetable oil (Crisco) with 1-1/2 Tablespoon water and 1 teaspoon baking powder (NOT SODA) per egg
= Use 3/4 as much puree bananas, squash, applesauce, or pumpkin, etc. as you would vegetable oil.
Example: for 1 cup oil use 3/4 cup puree bananas.
